You can only cancel your order within 10 minutes after placing it. After that, the order may already be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive tracking information.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
